Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Written from what the software actually does, and accurate on that. It is not in force and must not be relied on until it has been reviewed and published deliberately.

Terms of Service

Drafted 2026-10-23 · Lead Opportune, a product of EYLYR

The agreement between you and Lead Opportune: what you get, what it costs, and how to leave.

Still needed before this can be published:
  • Registered legal entity name and company number
  • Governing law and venue for disputes

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of Lead Opportune. By creating an account you accept them.

Lead Opportune is sold for business use. It is not intended for consumers.

Needs: Registered legal entity name and company number; Governing law and venue for disputes.

2. Subscription and payment

The Starter plan is 79 US dollars per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled.

The plan includes 200 verified leads per billing period. The allowance resets on your renewal date, not on the first of the month, and unused leads do not carry over.

If we change the price, existing subscriptions continue at the rate they were taken out at for as long as they remain active. A price change applies to new subscriptions only.

Any mentorship programme offered by EYLYR is purchased separately. A Lead Opportune subscription is not included in it, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. No email or phone call is required.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate refunds for a part-used period.

After cancellation your records stay readable and exportable for 90 days.

4. If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your access continues while Stripe retries the charge, and we will tell you so you can update your card.

If the first payment on a new subscription fails, the subscription does not start and paid features are not enabled.

5. Usage limits and fair use

Each plan has a monthly lead allowance and limits on how fast requests may be made. These exist to keep the service affordable and available to everyone, not to catch you out, and the application shows you where you stand at all times.

You may not resell access to your account, share credentials outside your organisation, or attempt to extract the underlying databases in bulk.

6. The data you get, and what you may do with it

Business records come from public sources. Those sources carry their own obligations and we pass them on to you rather than absorbing them.

OpenStreetMap data is licensed under the Open Database Licence. If you redistribute a database derived from it you must attribute OpenStreetMap and license that derived database on the same terms. Using the records to contact businesses, and exporting your own list, do not trigger that obligation.

Public register data, such as NYC Open Data, is provided under the terms of the body that publishes it.

You are responsible for complying with marketing, email and telephone-contact laws wherever you and the businesses you contact are located. We do not send anything on your behalf.

7. Accuracy

We report what our sources hold. Where a source has no phone number or no website, we show that rather than inventing one, and where we could not determine something we say it is unknown.

We do not warrant that any record is current, complete or correct, and you should verify anything you rely on commercially.

Coverage varies by region. The application states where we have data, and searching an area we have not indexed returns nothing rather than something invented.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this price point.

We may suspend an account that is harming the service or other customers, and will tell you why.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Needs: Governing law and venue for disputes.

10. Changes to these terms

We will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance.
